Yes, in honor of this week’s theme of Tea the Beverage at Gracious Hospitality’s Blog-a-Thon, I threw this video together with my camera phone and 12-year old son in order to share with you my three favorite teas. It is far from professional, but I contribute it anyway. After all, the heart of blogging is to move away from the pretense and perfectionism of commercialism to hear from us average folk. So on that note, feel free to take a peek at the real deal; the video is only 3.5 minutes long.
The best-selling black tea that I mentioned, Snowflake, can be purchased through my aStore. So would you be interested in more video? What’s your preferred method of gathering info or feeling engaged with an author: through reading, listening, or watching? Leave a comment and let me know.

Look at you! What a fun post. You have a delightful voice. Enjoy your great teas…
Jenny,
What a treat to get to see and hear you! And I enjoyed getting to hear about your daily tea preferences. I’ve never tried a Rooibos (Did I spell that correctly?), but you have me interested….
Thanks for sharing the video with us!
Wow….you have entered into a whole new world of blogging. Your video was great and very interesting. I didn’t know about red teas. Thank you so much!
Wow! What a creative way to post. Your adventguard. I enjoyed your video and your teas sound and look delicious
What a fun idea! And a great job! It was very enjoyable to learn about your favorite teas in such a personal manner. The teas sound delicious! And your warm, friendly, and knowledgeable demeanor helps the viewer get to know you better and relate to you in a real way. I hope you post more videos! I think they would be well received by your blog-audience and a great success! Thank you so much for sharing!

What a great post! Thanks…Kathy
How cute is that! I love the idea of different color tins for your teas…I’ll have to do that myself! Oh and great minds think alike…I serve black tea in the morning, green in the afternoon and rooibos in the evening too!
Oh, Jenny – you are so adorable and professional at the same time. GREAT job with this! Yeah for you!
Stephanie
I really like the idea of different colors of tins – all mine are silver, so I may need to “redecorate.” Now, what color would I use for white tea?
Can you please provide sources for your green and red teas? They sound interesting and I would like to try them. I often enjoy peach rooibos tea, so the red tea you are drinking sounds like something I might like.
Oh, and I’m having my first tea party tomorrow – a tailgate tea party at the Maryland Sheep and Wool festival. I’m sure we’ll get some strange looks, but I’m checking in here for last minute details. We’ll have a tablecloth, flowers, and music. Unfortunately I will have to brew the tea in advance and take it in a carafe, but I think we’ll make do. And yes, I’m using china teacups and we will have sandwiches, scones and pastries! I’ll let you know how it goes.
Kim, I have seen white tins out and about. And I am working on more sources for my red and green teas. I will be sure to let you know ASAP. Congrats on your tailgating tea party! It sounds perfect. Yes, do let us know how it goes.
Clever girl! You look very professional and I’ve enjoyed watching your video immensely. I learned a few things, too! Thank you.
