Seven layers _and_ Mr. Gour thinks he will soon be able to do ten layers on a regular basis. Talk about dedication to experimentation.
I used to think that the Tequila Sunrise effect of Thai Tea was cool, but this is like the Cirque du Soliel of Tea Drinks!
